Shipping Policy

Delivery policy

Customers are responsible for making adequate arrangements to receive the delivery and for giving the appropriate instructions as to where to leave the order if you are out. In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged whilst there, we do not accept liability, and will not offer compensation at our discretion. Foodland Food & Wine  reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer, considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.
Foodland Food & Wine always try to keep your delivery day the same, but we reserve the right to change it temporarily or permanently and will tell you if we do so.
If Foodland Food & Wine are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control such as strike action, bad weather conditions, vehicle breakdown or traffic congestion, Foodland Food & Wine will not accept any liability for any inconvenience or loss this may cause. In the event of non-delivery, you will not be charged for goods you did not receive.

Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with any of the products you receive from us, we will be happy to offer a credit against your next order. In certain cases we will make a refund directly to your credit or debit card, if preferred.
Due to some of the perishable nature of the goods we supply, cancellations or postponements of your order must be made by 5pm to 10pm  everyday before we would normally deliver to you, otherwise you will be charged the full cost of your delivery.
